Infiniti Dent Repair Dubai

DentGuy Technical Team4 min read

Infiniti is one of the most common full-size luxury SUV brands in the UAE. The QX80 in particular appears across government fleets, family vehicles, and corporate accounts throughout Dubai. When a QX80 picks up a car park dent or a shopping trolley impact, the large flat door and quarter panels are actually among the best candidates for paintless dent removal. DentGuy works on Infiniti models at our Al Quoz workshop with same-day turnaround on most single-panel repairs.

How Does Infiniti Dent Repair Work?

PDR on an Infiniti uses metal rods inserted behind the dented panel through access points behind trim panels and door apertures. The technician applies slow, graduated pressure from behind, reading the dent through a reflection board positioned in front of the panel. This process does not touch the paint surface at any point.

On the QX80 and QX60, rear quarter panels are the most common repair location. These large panels have good internal access through the rear door aperture and wheel arch trim. Front door dents on Q50 sedans are straightforward: the door frame gives direct rod access without significant trim removal. The QX55 and QX50 share similar access geometry to the QX60.

Where internal access is limited, a glue-pull technique is used from the outside: a pulling tab is bonded to the paint surface with a low-residue adhesive and removed after the dent is lifted. The adhesive leaves no mark on factory paint. For more on the technical process, the Infiniti manufacturer site provides full body panel specifications per model year.

What Does Infiniti Dent Repair Cost in Dubai?

PDR pricing on Infiniti vehicles follows panel size and dent depth. Standard parking dents on QX80 or QX60 door panels run AED 300-450. Larger dents on rear quarter panels or roof rails, which are common on vehicles parked under low trees, start from AED 400-600. Q50 sedan doors are smaller panels and typically AED 250-350 for a standard door ding.

To put this in context: a respray on a single QX80 door at a Dubai body shop costs AED 900-1,400 and introduces colour-match risk on a silver or white vehicle. PDR removes the dent without touching the paint, at a fraction of that cost and with the factory finish preserved intact. See our car dent repair cost guide for a full breakdown by dent size.

Which Infiniti Models Does DentGuy Service?

DentGuy works on all Infiniti models sold in the UAE:

QX80 (Z62): flagship SUV with large door and quarter panels. Excellent PDR candidate for the common rear door and quarter panel impacts. Rear quarter may require glue-pull if the wheel arch limits rod access.

QX60 (L50, L51): mid-size three-row SUV. Similar panel access to QX80, slightly smaller panels. Front and rear door dents are the most frequent repair.

QX50 (J55): compact SUV. Front door panels accessible via the door frame aperture. Rear quarter panels sometimes require partial wheel arch liner removal.

QX55 (J55 coupe-style): same platform as QX50. Sloped rear roofline means less internal access to rear quarter and C-pillar areas. We assess each dent location individually.

Q50 sedan: smaller panels than the SUV range. Doors are fast repairs. Boot lid dents, a common insurance-excess job, are also frequently done with PDR on the Q50.

Q60 coupe: less common in UAE, but we work on these. Frameless doors require specific technique to reach the inner door skin without disturbing the glass seals.

Can Infiniti Dents Be Fixed Without Repainting?

In most cases, yes. The condition that makes PDR possible is intact paint at the dent point. Infiniti factory paint is a multi-layer system: primer, base coat, clear coat. When a blunt impact (trolley, door edge, low-speed bump) creates a dent, the paint deforms with the metal but does not crack if the impact was distributed rather than concentrated.

Sharp object impacts, specifically thin metal edges hitting the panel at a perpendicular angle, can crack the clear coat or base coat at the deepest point of the dent. If that has happened, PDR will remove the dent but the cracked paint requires touch-up or spot respray after. We photograph the dent in sunlight before starting and show you the paint condition. If respray is needed, we tell you before booking.

How Long Does Infiniti Dent Repair Take at DentGuy?

Single dents on QX80 or QX60 door panels: 2-3 hours. Rear quarter panel dents on larger models: 3-5 hours. Multiple dents across two or three panels: assess and agree timeline before work starts. We are open Monday through Saturday, 8AM to 6PM, at Al Quoz Industrial Area 3.

Most customers drop off in the morning and collect the same afternoon. WhatsApp photos of the damage to +971 52 315 1530 and we will confirm same-day availability.
