Tilal Al Ghaf is Majid Al Futtaim's flagship residential community located along Hessa Street in Dubailand, built around a swimmable crystal lagoon that serves as the development's centrepiece. The community comprises villas and townhouses across sub-communities including Harmony, Aura, Serenity, and The Estates, with plot sizes ranging from 2,500 to 30,000+ square feet. Residents are predominantly families with high household income, many operating two to four vehicles that include at least one large SUV for daily driving and a sports car or luxury sedan for weekends. The community is still expanding, with active construction phases that generate significant dust, stone chips, and road debris on internal roads.
