We use WhatsApp to provide quotes, share repair progress photos, and coordinate vehicle collection. Your WhatsApp conversation history with us is retained for the duration of your service relationship and for 24 months after your last interaction.

WhatsApp communication is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We cannot control how Meta processes data transmitted through their platform.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
