Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website dentguy.ae and all services provided by Super Quick Care Car Wash L.L.C., trading as DentGuy. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this website or request services.

2. Services

DentGuy provides automotive bodywork, painting, restoration, and modification services from our workshop at Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Paintless dent removal (PDR)
  • Panel painting and full car resprays
  • Bumper and body panel repair
  • Scratch repair and paint correction
  • Alloy wheel repair and diamond-cut restoration
  • Car modification (body kits, custom paint, carbon fibre)

All services are performed at our Al Quoz facility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are starting prices in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Final pricing depends on the specific vehicle, extent of damage, and materials required.

Quotes provided via WhatsApp, email, or in person are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information and images provided at the time of assessment. If additional damage is discovered during repair that was not visible during the initial assessment, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional work.

No work begins until a quote has been accepted by the customer. Acceptance may be verbal (in person or via WhatsApp), written, or implied by delivery of the vehicle for the quoted work.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of the work and before vehicle collection. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

For jobs exceeding AED 5,000, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received.

5. Warranty

All paintwork performed by DentGuy carries a 12-month warranty against peeling, fading, and colour mismatch under normal use. Paintless dent removal results are permanent as we restore the metal to its original shape.

Structural and body repairs are warranted for 12 months from the date of completion.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by subsequent accidents or impacts
  • Damage from improper car wash methods (automatic brushes, harsh chemicals)
  • Natural wear and tear including stone chips
  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties after our work
  • Damage caused by negligence or misuse

Warranty claims must be submitted in person at our workshop with the vehicle present for inspection.

6. Vehicle Care and Liability

While your vehicle is in our care, we take reasonable precautions to prevent damage. Our workshop is covered, locked outside of business hours, and monitored by CCTV. However, we are not an insured vehicle storage facility.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, mechanical faults, or issues unrelated to the agreed scope of work. Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before drop-off. DentGuy is not responsible for any items left in vehicles.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to parts availability, paint curing requirements, discovery of additional damage, or factors outside our control. We will communicate any significant delays via WhatsApp or phone as soon as they are known.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a booking at any time before work begins at no charge. If work has already started, you are liable for the cost of materials used and labour performed up to the point of cancellation.

If a deposit has been paid and work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable to the extent of work already completed. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded within 14 working days.

9. Uncollected Vehicles

Vehicles must be collected within 3 working days of notification that work is complete. After 7 calendar days, a storage fee of AED 50 per day may apply. After 30 calendar days of non-collection and no response to our contact attempts, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of all outstanding charges through legal channels.

10. Insurance Claims

For insurance-funded repairs, the customer remains responsible for any deductible or excess amount. We provide full documentation including timestamped photos, itemised repair costs, and completion certificates. We work with all major UAE insurers but cannot guarantee approval of any claim. Any dispute between the customer and their insurer is not the responsibility of DentGuy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Super Quick Care Car Wash L.L.C. and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without written permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal proceedings. Most issues can be resolved through a visit to our workshop or a conversation with our management team.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
