For fender, door, and quarter-panel damage from collisions and side impacts, we use a combination of pulling, welding, and cold-working techniques to bring the metal back to its original shape before applying any filler. The goal is to minimise filler use. When a quarter panel is damaged, we section-repair it by cutting out the damaged portion and welding in new metal, maintaining the car's structural stiffness and crash performance. This is factory-level repair work that many general garages avoid because it requires panel-beating skill and certified welding.
