Scratch repair pricing depends on how deep the scratch is. Surface scratches that sit within the clearcoat are the cheapest to fix. Scratches that cut through to the basecoat cost more because they need paint. Deep scratches to the primer or into bare metal are rare but cost the most.

Surface-only scratches (within clearcoat): AED 150 to AED 250. The scratched area is machine-polished, bringing the surrounding area to a full shine without any paint. This removes fine swirl marks and light scratches completely.

Mid-depth scratches (through clearcoat, into basecoat): AED 300 to AED 400. The scratch is sanded smooth, the bare area is primed, your VIN-matched colour is applied to the exact area, and the panel is clearcoated and blended. No paint overspray onto adjacent panels.

Deep scratches (to primer or bare metal): AED 450 to AED 500. These need the same process as mid-depth but require extra prep to ensure the undercoat is sound. Rust prevention coating is applied under the primer if the metal is exposed.

Prices include sanding, priming, paint, clearcoat, and blending. They do not include other damage like dents or chip repairs, which are quoted separately.

Before you come in or we schedule a visit, send us a photo on WhatsApp. A clear close-up of the scratch tells us everything we need to know to quote you accurately. We respond within 30 minutes during working hours (Monday-Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM) with a fixed price. The price in the WhatsApp message is the price you pay. No surprises.

Our workshop is in Industrial Area 3, Al Quoz. Street parking is available directly outside. If you are bringing the car in for scratch repair, arrive anytime during the hours above. We prioritise walk-in jobs and can usually start within 15 to 30 minutes of arrival. For mobile service, contact us to arrange a time that suits your schedule.

The repair is complete and ready to use immediately. The clearcoat is fully cured and the paint is hard to the touch.

For the first 24 hours, avoid washing the car or parking in direct sun if it is extremely hot (above 45 degrees). Give the clearcoat time to harden fully.

After 24 hours, the car can be washed normally. We recommend hand-washing rather than an automatic car wash for the first week to be gentle on the fresh paint.

Your repaired panel is now indistinguishable from factory paint. It passes visual inspection from any distance and would not be flagged as repair history if the car were ever inspected by a lease company or sold.

Park away from other cars when possible. Even a few centimetres of extra space can mean the difference between a door ding and clear space if someone opens a door next to you.

Use underground parking when available. Outdoor car parks in Dubai heat cause paint stress and degrade protective coatings faster than covered parking.

Clean your car every two weeks. Dust and pollution particles on the paintwork become abrasive in the sun and create micro-scratches. Regular washing removes this buildup.

Use a paint protection film on high-risk areas like the bonnet, front bumper, and door edges if you live in a high-scratch environment. PPF prevents 90% of parking-related scratches and is nearly invisible when applied well.
