How Mobile Dent Repair Works
Mobile dent repair uses paintless dent removal (PDR) techniques delivered at your location rather than in a workshop. A trained technician arrives with a full set of PDR tools, an LED reflection panel for damage assessment, and everything needed to complete the repair on-site.
The PDR process works by accessing the back of the damaged panel through existing openings (door edges, boot seams, light housings) and using precision rods to massage the metal back to its factory shape. No filler, no paint, no sanding. The factory finish remains intact throughout. In most cases, the repair is invisible to the eye and to the touch after the work is complete.
Mobile dent repair in Dubai is available at residences, office car parks, shopping mall car parks, or any location with reasonable access to the affected panel. We cover all areas of Dubai and Sharjah with same-day or next-day availability on most bookings.
What Can Be Fixed On-Site
PDR is effective on the majority of common dents. The best results come from dents that meet three criteria: the paint is undamaged (no chips or cracks), the metal has not been stretched beyond its recovery point, and access to the back of the panel is achievable.
Dent types that suit mobile repair:
- Door dings from adjacent cars in car parks (the most common request) - Hail damage producing multiple shallow indentations across panels - Minor bonnet dents from road debris - Shopping trolley contact dents on doors and rear quarters - Low-speed bump dents that have not broken the paint surface
Dent types that require a workshop visit:
- Dents with associated paint damage (chips, cracks, or peeling at the impact point) - Sharp creases where the metal has been folded - Structural damage involving the underlying body frame - Damage to aluminium panels on certain vehicles (aluminium requires heated PDR technique and workshop conditions)
Send us photos of the damage via WhatsApp before booking. We assess from photos whether mobile PDR is the right solution or whether the work requires workshop conditions. This saves you time on both sides.
Mobile PDR vs Workshop Visit
Mobile dent repair and workshop PDR produce the same quality outcome when the damage is suitable for the technique. The distinction is logistics, not craft.
A workshop visit is appropriate when the damage is complex, multiple panels need work, or the car requires paint correction alongside the dent repair. For single or multiple smaller dents on panels with intact paint, mobile service is the more practical choice.
Advantages of mobile repair:
- No arrangement required for transport - Work completed while you are at home or in the office - Same-day resolution for straightforward cases - No depreciation risk from unnecessary workshop visits
Our workshop in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3 is available for more complex work, multi-panel repairs, and cases where mobile PDR is not technically sufficient. The initial photo assessment determines which route is right for your car. See our PDR vs traditional repair comparison for a full breakdown of when each technique applies.
Mobile Dent Repair Pricing in Dubai
Mobile PDR pricing in Dubai follows the same scale as workshop PDR. There is no additional charge for the mobile call-out within our standard service areas.
- Small door ding (under 25mm, single panel): AED 250 to AED 350 - Medium dent (25 to 50mm, good access): AED 350 to AED 600 - Large dent (over 50mm, complex access): AED 600 to AED 1,000 - Multiple dents (same panel or adjacent panels): quoted after photo assessment - Hail damage (multiple impacts across several panels): assessed on-site, typically AED 1,500 to AED 4,000 depending on severity
Pricing depends on dent size, panel type, access difficulty, and vehicle make. Aluminium-panelled vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi A8, some Land Rover models) carry a higher rate because aluminium requires more careful technique than steel.
Send photos for a confirmed quote before booking. We give a fixed price on assessment, not an estimate range that changes on arrival. For more on how dent size affects cost, see our car dent repair cost guide.

What to Expect from a Mobile Dent Repair Visit
Book by sending photos via WhatsApp to +971 52 315 1530. We assess from the photos, confirm the job is suitable for mobile PDR, and give you a fixed price before the appointment. If the photos are unclear, we may request additional angles.
On the day, our technician arrives with the full tool set and an LED reflection panel for accurate damage assessment. The assessment on-site takes 5 to 10 minutes. The technician confirms the agreed price and proceeds immediately unless the damage on arrival differs meaningfully from what photos showed.
Most mobile dent repairs take 30 to 90 minutes. Door dings and small panel dents are typically the shortest. Large or multi-dent jobs take longer. For hail damage across multiple panels, we provide a time estimate at the start of the job.
After the repair, you inspect the result under different lighting angles. We remain at the location until you are satisfied with the outcome. Payment is collected on completion by card or cash.
For large-scale hail damage or complex multi-panel work, we may recommend the Al Quoz workshop for efficiency. See our hail damage repair guide for what to expect on high-volume hail jobs.
